歡迎使用 The Polishing Lounge 鞋履清潔、護理及修復服務。在您將鞋履及皮具交付予我們前，請務必仔細閱讀以下條款與條件（下稱「本合約」）。本合約構成閣下（顧客或其授權代表）與 The Polishing Lounge 之間的法定協議。

Welcome to The Polishing Lounge footwear cleaning, care and repair services. Before handing over your footwear and leather goods, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. This Agreement is legally binding between you (or your authorised representative) and The Polishing Lounge.

1. 同意方式 / Agreement

閣下網上落單、簽署交收單據、確認服務收據、或將鞋履及皮具交予 The Polishing Lounge 收檢及處理，即表示閣下已細閱並同意本合約全部條款。

Placing an order online, signing a handover document, confirming a service receipt, or handing footwear and leather goods to The Polishing Lounge means you have read and agree to all terms herein.

2. 專屬權利及保證排除 / Exclusive Rights & Warranty Exclusion

本合約所載之所有明示條款為專屬權利，並取代所有其他口頭、書面、法定、明示或默示之保固、條件、條款、承諾、義務及聲明。The Polishing Lounge 在法律允許之最大範圍內，排除所有法定及默示保證。

The express terms herein are exclusive and supersede all other warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and representations. The Polishing Lounge excludes all statutory and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. 清潔及維修風險／責任豁免 / Cleaning & Repair Risks & Liability Waiver

閣下知悉並理解，鞋履及皮具在清潔、去漬、護理、鍍膜、補色、修復、更換部件或結構修補過程中，可能因物料老化、先前不當護理、原廠工藝限制，或染料、膠水、塗層、線材等變質，而出現無法完全預見之變色、脫色、開膠、裂紋、縮水、變形、裝飾／標籤／印刷剝落或其他損壞。就服務期間或因服務而引致之任何物品損毀、財務損失、間接或後果性損失，The Polishing Lounge、其員工、外判師傅及關聯公司概不負責。

You acknowledge that during cleaning, stain removal, care, coating, recolouring, repair, parts replacement or structural work, footwear and leather goods may suffer unforeseeable discolouration, peeling, cracking, shrinkage, deformation, loss of embellishments/labels/print or other damage due to material age, prior care, original manufacture or deterioration of dyes, adhesives, coatings or threads. The Polishing Lounge, its staff, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any item damage, financial loss, indirect or consequential loss arising during or from the services.

4. 物品初始狀態確認 / Acknowledgement of Initial Condition

閣下交付物品時，即表示閣下同意交收紀錄、服務收據或現場可見之任何刮痕、剝落、損耗、污跡、開膠、氧化、褪色、內裡破損、鬆脫或變形，均為使用 The Polishing Lounge 服務前已存在之狀態；除非 The Polishing Lounge 書面確認為服務所致，否則不視為 The Polishing Lounge 之責任。

By handing over items, you agree that scratches, peeling, wear, stains, separation, oxidation, fading, lining damage, loosening or deformation recorded on handover documents, receipts or visible at delivery existed before service unless The Polishing Lounge confirms otherwise in writing.

5. 免責及追索放棄 / Waiver of Claims

閣下同意不就上述事宜向 The Polishing Lounge 提出索償、訴訟或追討，並放棄相關法律上之追索權（在法律允許範圍內）。

You agree not to claim or pursue any action against The Polishing Lounge in relation to the above, to the extent permitted by law.

6. 最終決定權 / Right of Final Decision

如對物品之初始狀態、損壞成因、可否提供服務、服務成效或本合約之條款詮釋有任何爭議，The Polishing Lounge 保留最終決定權。

The Polishing Lounge reserves the right of final decision on initial condition, cause of damage, service feasibility, results and interpretation of these terms.
